Disability Care

Disability care

Daily personal care, community participation and household support delivered so that the person we support does more for themselves over time, not less.

Success is measured in growing independence

What we supply

It is quicker to do a task for someone than to support them through doing it themselves. Quicker is not the job. A good support worker leaves behind a bit more capability than they found.

Our disability support workers are placed on the basis that the plan belongs to the participant. We deliver against your service agreement and their goals, with the dignity and privacy that personal care requires.

We supply across the day and across settings: in home, in the community, and on transport between the two.

Roles we fill

  • Disability support workers
  • Daily personal care
  • Community participation and access
  • Domestic assistance and household tasks
  • Transport and appointment support
  • Overnight and weekend support

What a disability placement covers

The service

Daily personal care

Daily personal care Tailored, respectful, hands-on support with the routines of the day, delivered to promote independence and preserve dignity.

Community participation

Community participation Support to get out, take part and keep relationships going. Social connection and skill building, not supervised outings.

Transport

Transport Our workers drive, in their own vehicle or one you provide, to get the person where they need to be, on time.

Domestic assistance

Domestic assistance Household tasks support to keep a home clean, safe and genuinely independent, done alongside the participant wherever possible.

Every disability worker holds these before their first shift

Our workforce

Screening for this division is NDIS-specific. It is not the residential care check with a different label on it.

  • Certificate III in Individual Support as a minimum, Certificate IV preferred
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed
  • Current Working With Children Check where the participant is under 18
  • National Police Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Manual handling and medication support training where the plan requires it

Why providers choose us

What a service coordinator gets

  • Workers matched to the participant, not just to the shift
  • NDIS Worker Screening verified before placement, not claimed
  • Continuity of worker wherever the roster allows it
  • Notes and incident reports completed the same shift
  • Cover arranged by us when a worker cannot attend
  • A plain answer on our NDIS registration status, in writing
