Who we are
We supply two markets that look nothing alike. Community service organisations need carers who can hold a relationship with a young person through a hard week. Distribution centres need pickers and licensed forklift operators who can keep a line moving from the first hour of a shift.
What both need is the same thing. Someone who turns up, knows the job, and has been properly checked before they walk in. That is the part we own.

Compliance and safety
Labour hire compliance is not paperwork you catch up on after a placement. In residential care and youth justice it is the whole job.
Every worker clears their screening, holds a current qualification and has their tickets verified before they appear on a roster we send you. If a certificate lapses, the worker comes off the available list until it is renewed.

Victorian Labour Hire Licence held and current. Registration details published, not claimed in general terms.
Screened and verified
Working With Children Check, National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening, matched to the division the worker sits in.
Trained and current
Certificate IV as a minimum in care roles. First Aid and CPR current. Forklift LF and LO licences sighted and recorded.
Insured
Public liability, professional indemnity and WorkCover in place. Certificates supplied on request.
