Our youth support workers are trained to provide:

• Therapeutic, trauma‑informed care
• Daily living support and skill‑building
• Behavioural support and safety planning
• Mentoring and positive role modelling
• Transport, supervision and community engagement
• 24/7 roster coverage for residential homes

Our Workforce
All youth support staff hold (at minimum):

• Certificate IV in Youth Work, Community Services, Child, Youth & Family Intervention, or equivalent
• Mandatory safety and compliance checks
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Experience in residential or community youth settings​
