Work that matters, on a roster you can plan around
For job seekers
Care, youth work and warehouse roles across Melbourne and regional Victoria. We tell you the site, the shift pattern and the rate before you say yes.
The things people actually leave a labour hire provider over
What you get from us
The shift details up front
Site, address, shift pattern, what the placement involves and the rate. Before you accept, not when you arrive.
The same sites where we can
Going back to a site you know beats a new one every week, for you and for the people you support.
Someone to ring at 3am
Our on-call line is for workers too, not just clients. A hard shift you cannot debrief is how people leave this sector.
Support with your tickets
We track your expiry dates and tell you before they lapse, so you do not lose shifts to an out-of-date certificate.
A real induction
Briefed on the actual site and, where the client can share it, the people you will be working with. Not a generic module.
Four workforces, four sets of requirements

Questions we get asked
Do I need a Certificate IV to start?
For residential care and youth justice, yes, or an equivalent qualification. For disability support a Certificate III is the floor. Warehouse roles need the right ticket for the machine, not a qualification.
What if I do not have my checks yet?
Apply anyway. We will tell you exactly which checks your division needs and help you work through them. You go on the available list once they are cleared.
Can I work across more than one division?
Only if you hold the requirements for both. We never place someone outside their division to fill a gap, so a warehouse ticket does not open care work.
Is the work casual or ongoing?
Both. Some placements are a single shift, some are an ongoing roster across months. Tell us which you are after and we will match you to it.
Do I need a car?
For most care roles it helps, and for transport and community access work it is required. Warehouse placements generally are not, though shift times can fall outside public transport hours.
