Five divisions, each with its own workforce
What we staff
Every division has its own pool of screened workers and its own qualification floor. Nobody gets moved between divisions to fill a gap, because a forklift ticket is not a substitute for a Certificate IV.
Residential Care
We support community service organisations across Melbourne and Victoria with qualified, experienced residential support workers for out-of-home and respite placements.

We supply youth justice workers to custodial precincts and community programmes. The job needs both halves: someone a young person can trust, who will still hold the line.

How a placement works
You send the roster
By phone, or through the staffing request form. Tell us the role, the site, the dates and anything unusual about the placement.
We match from the division
We shortlist from the division's own pool of workers whose screening and tickets are current on the day you need them.
You get real names and certificates
You receive the workers we are proposing, with their qualifications, before anyone is confirmed onto your roster.
We stay on the shift
Allocations holds the roster for the length of the placement. If someone cannot make a shift, we cover it rather than telling you about it.

Two ways we can help
For employers
You have shifts to fill
